On 6/9/23 at approximately 4:30pm I ordered two cheesesteak sandwiches from the Famous Nathan's at The Millls at Jersey Garden Mall. When I received my order, it was really dry and looked as if it was cooked multiple times. I requested that they put some cheese on it and that's when I was told I has to pay extra. I explained to her, it's really dry as if it didn't have any cheese on it. I just spent 36 dollars, theres no reason why I should have to pay anymore. After walking away with attitude she came back and handed me 2 slices of cheese. Excuse me miss but I would like this cheese melted on my sandwich! She then decided to make us fresh ones. When we received the new ones, I'm sorry to say, but it was disgusting. I'm all about having young adults working at your facility but you have to train them properly. They should learn how to make cheesesteak sandwiches without drying them out. They should also learn how to be respectful and try to help the paying customer instead of staring at me as if I'm the jerk for wanted a good meal. Needless to say I didn't eat the sandwich and walked away hungry and dissatisfied. I really hope you read this and make a change. I love Nathan's and would live to go back but with better training. FYI the photos attached are the new sandwiches. She took the old one away before I even thought of taking the photos. Sadly, they still look disgusting and were dry.
Desired outcome: I would like a full refund since we didn't eat the food.
