On Dec.4 2023I ordered the 16oz Ribeye $69.00 My Wife Ordered the Lobster the Food took over 30 Min. to come out. My Ribeye was more than 1/4 inedible with grizzle in the center. It had hard ribbons throughout the steak that I was unable to chew and had to spit out at times. I notified the Manager Troy Manno and he told me "Thats the way all the Ribeyes come". I have been to many Ruth's Chris Steak House Restaurants in the United States and outside of and have ordered the same steak and did not have this problem, there was no waste or grizzle on any others. I am very disappointed and am nervous about returning to Ruth's Chris again for fear of having the same problem with the steak. This steak never should have left the kitchen. Ruth's Chris Steak House - 2 steak dinners
My wife and I ordered an 11 and 8 oz steak, both medium well, along with appetizers and sides. Our steaks both came out red raw and gross. The manager brought them back and my wife was still RED like nothing was even done to it. They took both plates and re-did both for a third time and finally got it almost right, hers still wasn't really medium well and mine was sort of tough from reheating 3 times. We've been to Ruth Chris so many times around the country and have never experienced this and won't ever eat at a Ruth Chris again after this. They even made us pay for dessert. They took her steak off, if you even call that a steak. Worst dinner ever
