Before ordering We asked if there was dairy in one of the dressings. Our cashier (young, short, African American Lady) searched the computer, then a book. When management walked by the offered her help she said no. We finally (5 minutes) told her we would order something else. I wanted a whole sandwich and a cup of Soup. She told me I couldn't do that. I had to get 2 pick 2's for a whole sandwich. I told her just to ring up a whole sandwich (just under 10, and soup $3). My sandwich and soup rang up to 19.58$. When I asked about it she said what I saw in my side of the register was not the same as hers. My husband (12 minutes now? ) ordered a Souba bowl. She searched the computer, then the menu hanging behind her, she said we don't have those. We showed it to her on the board, she starred and starred, shaking her head. We left. She obviously was new and not properly trained ( not her fault) but she never asked for help even when it was offered. Very, very frustrating!
