When attempting to cancel my personal training after fulfilling the 12 month contract, I was contacted the front desk of the club. No mention of paperwork or contacting the Fitness Director was mentioned. After being billed an additional month, I was told that a 30 day notice was required, so I paid an additional month. Now I have been billed again, and for the first time am being told that written notice is required. I admit that the contract signed said it was required but to not have staff mention that is negligent at best and shady at worst. I'm incredibly disappointed in your company if this is the way business is conducted. I simply want my $200 charge reversed.
