I purchased a Bernhardt dining set in August 2019. The product comes with a three year warranty, in less than two years the veneer top of the table has chipped off. I filed the issue twice with the company and twice had the authorized vendor I purchased the set from send photo proof. The table was rarely used and always properly cared for, Bernhardt is saying through the dealer they table was abused and they will do nothing to address the issue.
Desired outcome: Repair or replacement of table
Bernhardt Furniture - Foster leather sofa/monet recliner
I purchased the leather Foster sofa and Monet Recliner in December 2018, within 6 months of owning the cushions were showing discoloration and peeling (only on the base cushions). I have tried contacting the company that I purchased the items from (Raymour & Flannigan Outlet) as well as Bernhardt customer service. Once I placed a Google review on both parties sites they responded with some empathy saying to contact them to make things right, only to be told "too bad". I have spent thousands of dollars between both pieces of furniture and feel that they should last longer than a year! I am asking for the company to make things right by reimbursing me the money or replacing the sofa and recliner. I have additional photos other than the one attached.
I have the same issue with the same furniture. Obviously a defect as I see some other than us.
