I wasnt given a chance to explain the issues

I was told to resign, same as firing me. Gave me no other option. Other employees have walked out only to be rehired, pulled knives on other employees ti be moved to another department, smoke meth, steal, lie, drink alcohol onbjob including mgrs. Mgr said I resigned but I was fired and forced out. I have no money for bills, christmas and to basically survive.

I was constantly told I would get help and never did. The position was pushed on me and I basically had to train myself with no help from cheryl or managers. New person doesnt have to do paperwork, orders, inventory, unload shipments, asked if she needs help by mgt. Starbucks employees told to watch floral dept while shes doing other things. She is allowed to go to bakery to play.

I was asked if I had taken my meds, screamed at, dropped everything in my dept to help other depts to set up salad bar, prep food, wait on customers, run registers, help in seafood, help stock, etc. I was always willing and happy to help others, but never returned the favor. I was harrassed by mgr when putting old flowers in chute. They have their favorites and let them do whatever they want.
