Service: My experience was horrible! New employee was on the register and was not quite familiar with your menu, so when asked about a item she wasn't sure about it and how to ring up your items. I ordered your new terriyaki chicken bowl and a frozen strawberry lemonade slush (receipt says 16oz), well what I rec'd was not what you advertised for either items. I questioned the lady who was preparing the food and she just said yes it was correct. Oh and I forgot to mention, your cashier didn't know how to 3:give change back w/o the register telling her, she closed her drawer and owed me $3.01. So for $16.99 I wasted my money! Don't think I will visit again.. My name is Carla Johnson & I visited Panera @ 3107 Gammon Lane in Clemmons NC Cafe # 204990 on 6/6/21 @ 3:49pm.. may I mention your dining tables were dirty also, just wasn't a good experience.
