My renewal fees increases every month, yet my microwave is not working, the kitchen sink's adjustable faucet is permanently hanging down, the AC unit has no vents on the front to adjust the direction of airflow, the bathroom vent is full of lent(it needs vacuuming out), the chest of drawers on the side of the bed middle drawer will not stay closed, I had to ask for housekeeping to clean my room after 3 weeks and I was told, by housekeeping, that I have to wash the bedspread myself. Why?
Desired outcome: Help my room come up to standards that warrant renewal fees increase.

Worker walk into our room why we was sleeping at 12:10 am and when she realized we was in the room she say sorry but she was with 2 other people and we heard them say when they came back pain medication was tooking from my room and we being disrespect and lie to by worker please call me at my name is maureen [protected] thank u for the help if u can
Desired outcome: I desired better like other people get here
