Walgreens - Pharmacy customer service

I have tried in the past to remove My name from the AUTO REFILL on My Prescriptions, and with My late night work hours, when Walgreens fills Your meds on this AUTO REFILL sometimes I can't get up there, and they put them back. Three days ago I called and told them I had been ill and would get up there either the next day or after, the Young Lady told Me they would hold the Meds for 5 days then put them back. 2 meds had to be approved from the Dr. for refill also. Yesterday on the 18th of November, 2020, I called from work and explained with the overtime I have been working I would be in today. She said there were only 2 there. The 2 that were needing approval from the Dr. I then asked Her if they put the other meds back and She was very unclear. I kept asking Her also WHAT MEDS WERE PUT BACK? She wouldn't answer Me. I then got hung up on. I did not cuss, I was being firm, and wanted a complete answer. I also asked to talk to the Pharmacist and She had told Me there was no Pharmacist there. I find that hard to believe since they are all Pharmacy Techs. I then asked to talk to a Manager, and like I said I got hung up on. I tried calling back, no greeting from the Pharmacy, just sent Me to the "hold position" when I held for so long and the phone started ringing it was then hung up in My ear. I have been going to this pharmacy for over 7 years. All of the Pharmacy personnel except for one are all new. I immediately transferred My prescriptions to another location. Before My insurance pays for My meds the printout at the end of the year is $6, 500+ which that store has lost due to rudeness. In My opinion, these days when so many businesses are hurting for business, due to the Pandemic, a little bit of compassion and patience goes a long way. And My money, and Health Insurance can go ANYWHERE! And this is coming from a Postal Service Worker that just needed a break but got a hard time just trying to get Her medicine. Over 7 years down the drain at being a customer at this store. Shaking My head. Hope they train these new Techs Manners, Patience and Compassion in the field of being a Pharmacist, I really do. Isn't that what the Health Field is all about? Caring for People?
