Valvoline Instant Oil Change [VIOC]

My oil change came out to $77 at the lee's summit location. Meinke's down the street charges $16.99. I did acquire an air filter for 20 bucks. So the oil change was actually $57. So basically, I am guessing VOIC charges approx. $30 hidden service fee. When you arrive for you're speedy service, they give you the snare of a deal after the services has already been rendered. To which point, what does one say? "Hey, take the oil back out of the car and put my old dust exposed dirty oil back inside my car so I can go to Meinke's down the street and pay 16.99. Thats 1/5 of the cost." Scam. I know, your thinking why don't you do your research. Well its not on their local website, but the coupon is and two for an oil change the most one figures to be spent at worst is 40 bucks. Scam.
