Adventure Student Travel

Hello,
We have a trip scheduled for 13 students and 4 chaperones. This is for College Park High School Drama in Pleasant Hill, CA. We are scheduled to go to NY on June 5-8 2020 to see Broadway shows as well as have clinics with Broadway performers. This is the main reason we are going to NY!
Last we heard the Broadway shows will not be opening until June 7th as well as NY being very unsafe for people to travel. This is not enough time for us to experience all the shows and clinics promised.
The company will not be able to provide services that were promised. We can not reschedule do to the large group size and safety. Seven of these kids are seniors and have lost so much already. Some of the kids are working and saving to pay for this trip. We feel we should get a full refund.
The company is being very vague in response. They have told us to wait to see what happens. We have asked for a refund.
Why wouldn't you give us a full refund? Why would you take money from kids who have lost so much already. Step up and do the right thing.
help us get our money back.
