My 14 year old daughter was shopping at the Tillys at the Twin cities premium outlets in Eagan, Minnesota on 1/18/2021. She purchased a shirt and the cashier was very rude to her. My daughter told her she had a visa gift card but wasn't sure how to use it in the machine, the cashier responded to her like she was annoyed and was condescending instead of helpful. She made my 14 year old feel stupid and embarrassed. As she was leaving the store with her friends this cashier was talking about her to other staff and pointing at her. Your staff would benefit from customer service training and some maturity. What a poor role model for young girls in our community, your cashier should be ashamed of her behavior. This occurred in store #00219 Reg:03 Transaction 124457, assoc: 124900. Unfortunately this is not an isolated incident. We have been in that store on previous occasions and had similar experiences. Last time we were treated like we were idiots for asking if the dressing rooms were open (as some stores were allowing try ons and some stores were not).
