Paul Mitchell - Customer service and over process of hair

I had been going to the same Paul Mitchell Saloon for 15+ years. 3 months ago I went in to get my hair lightened cut and styled. My mother made me the appointment so it was with a stylist that I don't usually see. She had been cutting my Mom's hair super cute so I'd give her a try. I told her that my hair over processes easily and is super fine so she needed to be careful with it. Long story short I started noticing chunks of my hair being shorter in odd places. At first I thought she cut my hair bad. No such luck. To date I have lost over half my hair and its still coming out in handfuls daily. -- I had recommended the same saloon to my sister who recently went to the same stylist that I had...same thing. Her scalp is all chunky and scabby and hair breaking off etc.

That isn't even the worst part. The worst part is when I called to talk to the owner she was a TOTAL JERK. Suggested I go see the doctor because its my own health problem, that me and my sister had better get our thyroid checked and was totally RUDE. If she wouldve listened to me I wouldve told her I already have been there and was told it was from overprocessing my hair. I even would've continued to go to my regular stylist there, but not after my conversation with the owner. I was already feeling bad about losing alot of my hair and did not appreciate how I was treated. She lied and said the stylist that did this to my hair had as much experience as she does, when the stylist herself said differently. I wasn't even asking for anything. No need to be rude. You would think a 15 year+ customer, who has recommended minimum of 7 people that go there regularly to them, you would offer a conditioning treatment or even an apology. NOPE. That being said I will not recommend them, refer anyone to see them. Instead I will recommend people do not go there. A little bit of nice wouldve gone a long way with me, its too bad.

Desired outcome: An apology and a conditioning treatment would've been nicer than pretty much don't come back without actually saying that.
