Burger King

Entered drive thru at 1:37 on 10/17/19. Order time was 1:40 p.m. Paid for food and still had to wait. Finally received food at 2:05. 25 minutes to get food at drive thru is ridiculous. I had a 2:30 appmt. and just barely made it because of the long time at BK. This has happened about for times in the past month at the same BK. I tried to fill out the survey but it wouldn't let me as I have filled out my quota in the past month. I don't understand how I can order at 1:40, wait almost 20 min in the drive thru line and still have to wait another five minutes to get my food at the window. If it's a matter of more employees, get more employees.
