Kampgrounds Of America [KOA] - Very very poor management

I wanted to contact you about your management team as they called themselves this evening. We brought our children and our grandchildren to the koa today we rented 2 cabins 1 for our daughters family and one for me and my wife an 2 other kids. During the evening the air conditioning went out in mine and my wife's cabin. So we call the evening number. The young man that answered the phone said he would have someone come down asap well an hr went by so we called back. As soon as we began to speak to him he was very VERY rude and said he never said that I said I'd see if I could find someone to come look at it then went on to say well I can refund your money but you can just leave mind you my wife is in her late 50s as am I and all we were trying to do was ask for some assistance. So naturally from as rude as he was my wife was starting to get upset asking for a manager and was still trying to explain that its hard for her to breath because when its closed up it gets very stuffy in the cabin then he hung up on her. About 10 min later he starts calling back why we have no idea because he didn't intend on helping us anyway. We asked to speak to a manager but he said he is the manager While we had him on the phone then about ten more minutes go by here comes some other guy yelling saying since we woke him up out of his f-ing sleep excuse my language but this is what was said to me infront of my children and grand children Its f-ing 60 degrees why do you even need one. By this time I was beginning to get upset by the was he came down here so disrespectful in front of my children and our grandchildren And kept telling us you can leave now. Now on top of it. My son speaks with a slang and looks at him and says [censored] don't talk to my mom and dad like that right then and there I stopped my son the other kid/manager says is that racist remark you being racist I stoped him like wait a minute I have colored grandchildren sitting right in front and Hispanic step children for one it is slang not a racist remark as they where finally leaving my son said something to his mother and I turned again and told him to shut his mouth they both jumped back of the cart saying what the f. Did you just say like they wanted to fight as I told him I was speaking to my son he said we can call the sheriffs down here now and make you leave literally like a 13-14 year old would act not once did anyone apologize for the inconvenience nor the way they kept asking who all do you have here how many people do you have in your cabin looking for a reason to make us leave. For asking to have someone look at our air-conditioning that could have started a fire since it was just raining earlier. While he was here he kept saying im gonna go check it and it better not be working after all that they got on their cart and left here all I was asking for was someone to take a look at it because it kept popping the fuse it could have caused a fire anything they even left it plugged in as well so I unplug it. Now I have worked in customer relations for most of my life and have never EVER had some one be treated in such a manner like this my hole family was upset all night wondering and asking are they throwing us out tomorrow grandpa/dad because while they where leaving he told us your not staying her tomorrow ill make sure you have to leave. We rented 2 cabins one for one night and one for 2 nights under Deborah Anaya 204 and 205 for 8-21-22 and 8-22-22 here my daughter is a school teacher and had all her children with her as well. While they listened to this from him I have never in my 58 years seen such incompetence and unprofessionalism. Over asking for a little assistance for something we paid for so that my wife and I could sleep comfortably it wasn't so much the air conditioning as it was to atleast use the vent fan to let fresh air in so it wasn't so stuffy. I will be contacting who ever I need to until it is fully resolved when we also mention video, ing them and how they where acting towards us they finally left our campsite and because no one should be treated in such a manner at any time especially in front of your children and grandchildren that we where trying to take to this campgrounds to have a good time with campingas a family. Unbelievable I think I may contact the news and my attorney over this matter.

Desired outcome: A full refund of both sites and a personal apology from both employees and koa
