Boston Market - Food, customer service

Went to Boston Market on January 27th, The Food wasn't fresh, it looks like it was drying up on the side of the pan, an customer service was not welcoming, a little smart mouth to the customer behind me, but didn't know because they were a elderly couple. I never went to Boston Market an experience non-Fresh food.
This store located in Novi, Michigan on the other side of the freeway where the Twelve Oaks Mall. Time between 3 to 4. 2 ladies were working. Sides wasn't fresh.

Desired outcome: Fresh food an Great Customer Service
