Terminix - Squirrel removal from my attic and repair of the soffit

On Nov. 23, 2020 a Mr. John Terke came out and gave me a price to remove squirrels from my attic, relocate them, and repair the soffit. I paid Terminix $900.00 for the work. To date, the work has still not been accomplished. On that day Terminix put up a trap which they said the squirrels could get out of but they could not get back in. Hower, the squirrels were able to go alongside of the trap and still get up and down. But, that wasn't the deal, they were supposed to get caught and relocated. On My 17th, 2021 Ryan Lynch came out. I thought he was coming to do the work but instead he said he thought he was just there to check it. He looked at the trap and said it was the wrong trap and needed to send pictures and call his boss (Godfrey Morgan). I didn't hear anything so I called Mr. Morgan. He told me he would call that afternoon or the next day and I never heard from him. I talked again to Ryan Lynch with no results so I finally called customer service. That has been 2 to 3 weeks ago. The lady I talked to contacted Mr. Morgan and sent a copy of a memo to his boss. As of June 28th, the work has still not been completed nor have I heard from anyone. What type of organization is this? No one gets back with you to set up a date or anything. Your customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I do plan on cancelling other services I have with your company. This is totally riduculous that I have had to contact all these people in your organization and still get no results, not even a phone call. At this point, I would not recommend your service to anyone.

Desired outcome: I would expect them within a short period of time to either get out here and fix the problem or refund the $900.00 that I paid them.
