I am writing this complaint after being very patient and understanding as I can be but it has gotten to a point where I will be looking for legal advice in how to pursue this legally. First I'd like to mention that my father is the patient here and is 76 years old with absolutely no teeth and since aspen dental has took more than 4 months to give him his dentures that don't fit properly and since then he has lost weight and not to mention the four teeth extraction they did they left a piece of tooth behind meaning that they did not even do the teeth extraction correctly. We paid cash $1,486 I have the receipts and not to mention my insurance has been charged as well, I have been understanding as much as I can be because I know they were having system issues in which there system rebooted but I made my last payment in july and now they are saying I owe $1,335 and I showed them the receipts and they said they will have to submit a claim with the corporate office and cannot fix my dads dentures to fit him properly and extract his missing tooth until corporate responds to there claim/ticket. I started this process back in April of 2023 we are now in August. I am very upset and concerned for my dads well being /health since he is not eating and has many health issues and he is losing weight due to this. So I wanted to write this so you could know what is going on with this location.

Desired outcome: I desire that this complaint will have an outcome of my dads issue being resolved faster and someone calling that location and figuring out what in the world is going on.
