Purchased 8 reels of these lights. Put them up this Christmas season and within 4 days part of one strand had gone out. Day by day more of the other strands had partially gone out also so by the time Christmas was here I only had partial strands of lights working. Out of the 8 reels all but 2 were only partially working. How can this be resolved? I am thoroughly disappointed and upset for the aggravation and expense I've had with these lights. This is the first time theses lights were ever used.

I purchased 8 strands (25 lights/strand) of lights for holiday decorating in 2013. Fast forward to 2015--all but one strand will not work this year. I tried changing fuses to no avail. I have taken very good care of these lights, so misuse and mishandling are not the problem. I regret that I got rid of my small twinkle lights that I had used for 15 years! They were still working and I only replaced them to try to be a good steward and use less electricity. Needless to say, I will never purchase another product from Everstar Merchandise Co.

We purchased for $113 at our local Home Hardware and set it up outside. The base was not very sturdy, metal was too light and poorly soldered together. Because there was no way to tie him down a wind during the night blew him over breaking the base. Since we could not return him to the store we fixed him up as best we could but the other issue we have is his arms are too short to fit properly into the brackets on center pole, therefore the fabric pulls them out so we are always having to reinsert them. I phoned the store we purchased snowman from and they said they were discontinued so store will not be getting any more in but they did not offer me a discount. I would love my money back or some sort of help but since we live in Manitoba, Canada I am not willing to mail him anywhere.

I purchased 8 reels of these lights and after 2 Christmas seasons half the strings of lights stopped working. I am thoroughly disgusted with these lights. I can't find a phone number to call about it. It says they will replace them if returned with receipt which I no longer have. I have the charge on my credit card but no receipt.
