Patient First

The supervisor on duty at 3:30 pm on 7/29 was very nasty to me and put up her middle finger at me whi h I hqve recorded. She said I was beligerent in which I apologized 3 times plus some because of my accent. I am not from here but tend to come off aggressive with no acknowledgement . I still did not put up my middle finger to her or disrespect her in any type of way. She refused to give me or the officer I cqlled that came for her information. She said to cal corporate.
