My mom bought her hearing aids January 15,2021. Meenergy 3 IRIC R

They are the worst hearing aids! Have gone back twice regarding they don’t hold a charge. They were sent back to the manufacturer and supposedly we got issued new ones. Same problem! The solution the hearing specialist gave us is to fully charge at night which we do but also in the afternoon since they don’t hold a charge for a full day. We paid 7490.00 for these hearing aids and this is her solution. Horrible customer service!
