Star Market - salads section

I have took salad and fruits in the salad boxaround 12 pm for my lunch and I have ate pineapple which was tasted like toilet. I threw it away the remaining salad. Now I got infection sore throat and runny nose. I am worried that it's contaminated with some bacteria or anything else. How such companies are careless about the food they are serving to people?
