On 02/02/2021 Misty Weir (Operations Manager) in the Shreveport La branch she told the field supervisor Joe Garcia that if he was to put in for the Client Managers position and got it that she would not work for him and she was going to file a complaint that there was no opportunity for women to grow in this company. I thought this was very unprofessional to do so with new employees in the office on boarding. She is always talking down to people and yelling at them as if she is better than them.
