Horrible room and service. Stains on floor, bed, and chair. Lamp didn't work. Room had an infestation of roaches absolutely terrible. Smelled like wet damp and moldy. Drug dealers outside and when I went to ask for a new room I was told no. Worker was rude and told me no to a refund or even a discount and told me no about there being a corporate number or someone else that I could talk to. Me and my fiance are absolutely disgusted and want to be refunded for the false advertisement, rude service and disgusting room.
