Sent 2nd followup 8/23 @ 1:35 pm. No response.
Phoned Mr Fox direct line [protected] 8/30, left voice mail. No response.
Phoned Mr Fox again 9/1, left voice mail, no response.
Received voice mail 9/5 from Mr Fox that fault was established by insured.
Have phoned on 3 separate occasions since with two emails asking for current status of claim pay.
No response.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response or forwarded a check.
