I am 79 years old, booked handicap room for 1 night (March 17, 2021). During the stay I was awakened by the refrigerator making a grinding noise at 1:00 am. Called front desk no answer 2 times. The fridge did it again at 3am. I called & no answer.
I complained the desk clerk as no sleep, no help and only gave a 15% refund. I will never stay at this hotel again. I am not lying either!
Desired outcome: 50% refund for the stay
