After placing an online order and being told that it would be delivered between 11:45 and 11:55. After checking Applebee's website, it showed that it was still being processed at 12:20. I called the restaurant and asked to speak to a manager who was very belligerent and wanted to blame grub hub. The grub hub driver showed me his phone and I verified that he had just received the order 10 minutes prior. The sad part is that this store is less than 10 minutes from my office

I would also like to mention that I ordered at the time that I did because I'm on a strict schedule with my cancer medicine.
