My encounter with a racist employee is what caused this review. Their offensive remarks and discriminatory behavior towards certain individuals (black individuals and female employees), was shocking and deeply offensive. It is deeply concerning that AMC Legends 14 would employ individuals who hold such hateful and prejudiced views, as it tarnishes the theater's reputation and creates a hostile environment for patrons.

Additionally, I was appalled to learn that certain managers at AMC Legends 14 had been speaking disparagingly about an employee who had recently quit due to the tragic loss of her emotional support animal. Grief is a deeply personal experience, and it is disheartening to think that instead of providing support and empathy, these employees engaged in gossip and negativity. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also demonstrates a severe lack of empathy and respect within the workplace.
