Steak 'n Shake

I went to Steak ‘n Shake in pekin tonight payed at 7:00 pm first of all lady asked how my food was I told her the burgers were a little too done second I ordered two of the red velvet shakes and said I had a coupon but when I was paying the lady said I couldn't use it because they were the wrong size well the point of saying I had the coupons was to be able to use it then my daughter ordered a banana instead of fries waiter came back said they were too green but yet they still charged me for it the lady ringing us up I assume was some sort of management because she was in regular clothes and pretty rude all around bad experience and we go there quite often so to spend 30 dollars for food and service that was horrible probably consider other places before coming back thanks

Was rude to us went through drive thru tired to order the 4 for $4.00 told did not do it anymore its still out on your sign board outside i will not be back to your store we eat there atleast 10 times a month not anymore will not tell my family or friends a good place to eat either you need to train your help to treat your consumer's better this is what keeps you n business.
