May 1 Monday 2023...I went to the dealer to check out the new truck they had advertised..after the test drive, we sat down to talk, we went back and forth on price, after awhile of this I wanted to leave, the dealer would not give me my keys back, I should have made a scene! after talking more I got the price where I wanted it, and got the trade value I wanted...I thought...? Then the signing came..everything that I negotiated on the price was not to be. They changed the numbers, to where they wanted them!...That would make them look better on paper, and increase my expense/loan..to make the car more expensive.They even lied to the finance company to say that I had a loan..when I owned the car.

By saying there was a loan on the car, they could get more money still. I have the title at home!...So, not only did the dealer lie to me about the cost of the car, and trade value...the finance person lied to me, finance company, and did not go over anything that I was signing!...At the end, he hands me a thumb drive, I didn't know what it was..but I took it...Shady business dealings!

This place is definitely the worst! They need to be investigated...maybe a money laundering scheme...run by the Russian mob! Dishonest is their motto!...they have a bunch of complaints against them...money is bottom line...forget the customer!
