Using statements made by Dr. Donald Johnson at Hendricks regional health in Plainfield Indiana. Dr Johnson listed age as the direct reason for discharge.
That’s discrimination as defined by the definition.
Dr. Kim Hammerburg was the overseeing neurosurgeon, and chose not to treat the diagnosis that he made.
His medical negligence directly increased the amount of surgery required.
Desired outcome: Find a doctor to take over

I have an email from Shriners where they say they stop seeing all patients at age 18 which is an outright lie.
