That store is not kept cleaned. In addition, at the drive-through window you are asked to pull forward and then to pull back. I see no reason for doing this! This has been going on for several years now and I'm sorry that I have waited so long to submit a complaint. I have driven off in the pass without doing as asked. Today, I refused and the person at the window became very rude. I could also hear another worker talking in the background saying, "Why won't she just pull up. Who is it? What's her problem?" This need to be brought to the attention of the owner/company. No way to run a business! Love the burgers but I guess I'll either try another Burger King or go to Wendy's for a quick burger.
