Lowe's - Don't Buy Craftmen Lawnmowers

I purchased a 3000 dollar craftsmen lawnmower. Only put 35 hours of on it and the throttle broke, battery has to be jumped every time used,

belt came off twice and two tires have gone flat. I called to return it and Lowes only allows returns for 30 days. Ridiculous! There should be an exception for such an expensive LEMON!

Lowe's - Rude cashers

this is about Nampa ID. store # 1785
untrained cashers
I did a return had the receipt on my cell phone with the bar code showing
not only did she not know how to do the return or use the tools at hand she was very rude and disrespectful. note another employee walked away instead of helping her do the return
this seams to be the normal behavior at this store as very casher that I have dealt with has not been trained to do the job
I had to have an order void out because I asked for my military note the it was for about 500.00 dollars
and I tried to giver them my phone number before they finished
And it appears that no one there wants to be there from the attitude from all of the employees

Desired outcome: train the cashers to do their job

Lowe's - Paying for washer / dryer that hasn’t been received yet

I ordered a washer and dryer from your Lowe's Nampa store. I was told it would be delivered August 9, 2020. On August 9th they came to deliver my dryer only. I asked when my washer would be delivered and was told they had no idea. So I told them to take the dryer back and deliver at the same time. Since that time I've gone to the store to speak to a manager. I've been given the run around. He's out right now. Call this afternoon he's gone for the day. You name it. I've gone to the store and get the same run around. All I want is my washer and dryer that I'm already paying for. If they can't deliver that washer and dryer then provide me with another of equal or greater value. Enough of this BS.

The problem throughout the industry now is that many manufacturing plants have been completely shut down because of the Covid pandemic. Management is not allowed to provide you with a "free" upgrade, but you may wish to switch to a different models that has confirmed inventory. Do so quickly, however, as stock is running low on just about every appliance within the market.
