Hello, I have had two calls with this person via the phone. This manager does not know what customer service is. I suggest a new hire in this store if you want clients to return. Once we receive our special order, we will not be back to Zales. We will select another reputable store. I have been in and out of the store over the past 5 years and can't seem to get my name corrected on your system. Every time I call and give my name, nothing comes up. I wonder why? The manager today informed, me that if I did not request it to be done, why would they do it? Duh... I never purchased in the other name, so why would you not offer to update it, even though I did request it numerous times. All I wanted was an update on my special order. I was told I should have been given a time frame at time of purchase. They would actually have to call the company to find out if it was not in... I guess you do not want my "special" orders in the future. She would make a note for another employee to call when she is in the store next. Normally, I would wait for a call when the piece is in, but this store seems notorious for not returning calls and leaving messages for clients, so I wanted to check in since it has already been 4 weeks.
