I was redeeming a free whopper from the location I provided. When I was waiting in the drive thru it took almost 15-20min just to place an order because the cashier at drive-thu was taking her time to place an order. Mind you i had already tap the redeemed button and it only gave me 15min to place an order to receive. When I get to the drive thru speaker the cashier told me to come in the store to place the order. Ok I walked in to place the order and I witnessed another customer complaining that his fries was not hot and his fry box was not filled up. After that situation was handle. I asked for my free whopper by this time my time have expired, so I had to explain to the cashier. She asked for the manager she came and swiped her card and walked away. The cashier waited in the back for about 8min before she returned to finished my order.
This store is horrible at customer service and not moving fast to finish customer food.
