As a lifelong Krystal customer,  I regret to inform you that I purchased 2 scramblers with sausage  today at about 9:30Am  from the Krystal location in Macon, Ga at 1140 gray highways.

I didn't notice until I got the bag home that the food containers were only Luke warm,  and when we opened the top of the container...  We found that both sausages had a ragged edge on just one side.   We were hesitant, but didn't think too much about it.

However, when we tasted the grits we found that they are almost ice cold with a solid consistency  as if they had not been prepared earlier but not properly stored. We suspect that the ragged edges on the sausages were made from tooth markings during the action of chewing! Both scramblers were returned to the store with this complaint.! A refund was made for these items.
