RaceTrac - An intentional sabotage of my debit card which was left on store counter by employee of rac trac

On Feb 24, 2021 at 9:18 pm I entered Rac TRAC and made my usual purchase. Afterwards I left promptly but left my debit card behind. Minutes later I returned to inquire about my card. The store manager named Kenya who rung my purchase adamantly claimed she did not see it. And that I must of dropped it. But her co-workers (one named Rodrigo particularly) witnessed her find it & proclaim "Oh this that mans card who played lotto etc." I returned 5 times in next hr after she was spotted finding it. Every time she personally told me "You walked out with it. Must have dropped it." Over and over again she gave me deceptive false information pertaining to my debit card. I have no idea why she conducted herself that way. Last time I returned to store to inquire again a store employee named Jose opened the locked door. Heard me out then went to search for the card. The very next day Jose informed me while sweeping he spotted edge of the chime card sticking out from underneath self checkout machine 2 machines away on employee side of counter. Jose even admitted for it to get beneath their someone HAD TO shove it underneath. Only person who could have done so was the store an african - american employee named Kenya who I reported this incident to 2 managers Rachel who is non confrontational I knew she would not handle it. And the next morning I reported the incident to Chas The head manager who claimed she would handle it. Fast forward I refrained from entered the establishment until tonight March 2, 2021 around 9:42 pm upon entrance I was shocked to see her angry face. I ignored her & proceeded to counter. She began screaming in my direction like a maniac. Mr Kendall, Mr Kendall then her raving began VERY LOUDLY. Ignored her for long as humanly possible. Many witnesses, customers & employees alike observed me ignore her for long period until I finally said "Dont talk to me" She was creating a disturbance of epic proportions. Stated "Like Chas told you there is nothing they can do about it." Chas never said anything of the sort. Totally unprofessional and uncouth. Deliberate disorderly conduct designed to create a scene which I did not feed into. Never had an incident like debacle she created occur in my life. Because apparently she feels as if she beyond any repercussion the result is quite messy. As she confronted me a week later very loud & disrespectful simply because I filed a complaint of her intentional wrongdoing according to my card. Desired outcome: Seems only fitting that she be suspended & transferred. In a nice neighborhood pike ours behavior like hers was completely inappropriate

RaceTrac - the whole store.

It is currently 10:42PM and the Racetrac is closed. There is some guy "pressure washing" outside but he's just standing in the parking lot on his phone with the pressure washer in his hand. When we go up to the door, there's some crappy typed sign taped to the door saying that they're closed and that they'll reopen at 6am. This isn't the first time this has happened. Every single night, usually around 11PM, the whole store shuts down and they tape the sign to the door and sit in the store, talking and obviously not working. This is ridiculous and not good customer service. Do not advertise as "24 hours" if you let your employees sit around and get paid for refusing customers.
