Wells Fargo - Discrimination, unfair business practices, false advertising

On October 18, 2022, I went to the 6300 Roswell Rd. NE. Sandy Springs, GA location to open a new Business Checking Account. I met with personal banker, Hak Seav Khong, during the transaction, after he entered all my personal information into the system, he lied and stated that he was unable to verify my business through the GA Secretary of State website, this was false. I pulled the information right up on my cell phone while in his presence and he refused to accept the verification, then I asked Hak, if he could try another computer to verify my business. Hak, stated no. I asked for his supervisor. Carrie Catapano, a white female, came over and blatantly lied stating that Wells Fargo Bank was not able to verify my business because of an error with their computer. This was false and misleading information. I went back to Wells Fargo Bank a short time later and met with manager Carrie Catapano. I asked if their system was working properly and Carrie stated, "NO". The bank was open for business and no notice was posted stating that their system was down. Wells Fargo Bank denied me a business checking account because I am black! I DO NOT RECOMMEND WELLS FARGO BANK, for black citizens wishing to engage in any banking financial relationship, to deal with Wells Fargo Bank. Check their track record, they have been sued many times for, DISCRIMINATION, and other claims. This is disgusting. In addition, they provided me a document containing false and misleading information, the document stated that the gist of my visit that day was to update my residence, identification, employment, contact and phone number. No true, the main purpose of my visit was to open a new business checking account. This is fraud, I did not have any open account(s) with Wells Fargo Bank on or before October 18, 2022. The document stated nothing about congratulations on opening your new business checking account. DO NOT TRUST WELLS FARGO BANK, under no circumstance.

Desired outcome: I want an apology and $5000.00 for compensation.
