Window World

Installers were very disrespectful. When asking for more insulation around the windows, their reply was "If you know so much about windows, put them in yourself". I asked about argon charged because there was no sticker on the windows, His reply "They don't come with stickers". They stick a hose between the glass and when it's full they pull the hose out and slam the window shut. He said he did this at the factor when he worked there. Billing seems to be a problem also a copy of the contract I have is not the one I signed. Window world's copy had an increase in price, and the contract had the wrong down payment price. Plus, I made some changes on the contract that was nowhere to be found on the copy I was shown. I lived in Ocala for 12 years had Window World windows installed, had no problems. I added more insulation around the windows with no problems. Great job.
