Have been lied to from every employee we have come into contact with from the original sales rep (she resigned), to the sales coordinator who took over since the rep resigned and installers. Sold us a product they in fact didn't have to fit our closets. Installers advised additional pieces are added for gaps when the systems don't fit. They're "custom" made how do they not fit correctly? Nothing was manufactured or installed with measurements sales rep wrote on design. Scheduler lied in writing saying they attempted to contact on a specific day and time, cell records prove they didn't. Company breached contract with us for $7, 000 and refuses to have franchise owner contact us. Contacted when at cardiac rehab with "necessary design changes" and sent into a cardiac event. Horrible company! Horrible employees!
