On May 25th I mafe an appointment for a cut and highlights from stylist Lauta at the Oldsmar location on Tampa Road , Florida. My hair is fine , I told her what I expected and she explained that she couldn't give me the cut because my hair needed to grow out longer. Agreed. But I asked for some blonde highlights, got very little, in fact my husband who bought this for my birthday asked other than the cut what else did she do! Can't even notice the highlights
Also big price descepency, on the phone was told around $80 . Butt upin payment had to fork out $140. What! I think this needs to be rightef. Fix it please
Desired outcome: Just want some highlights that I want, the color thst I choose.
