Love's Travel Stop - Wrongful termination

My name is Amie Hicks-Russell. I am employed or was employed at Love's store 761 until today September 5 2021 after being told by Steven the Operations Manager that I was being fired for stealing. The Friday prior I checked out myself for a pair of earbuds these earbuds had ring up 14.99 but prior to this a customer the same week purchased the same earbuds and a charging cord that rang up 9.99. So with employees always being allowed to price override which in the past ahs been ok'd by managers me doing so Steven said nonetheless was still wrong. In no way did I try to hide the fact that yes I rang myself up and ye sit did the price override because we as employees have always been able to do so. I personally work at the diesel desk and managers helping us is often rare. We do price overrides, we void transactions etc so this isn't something I even thought about not doing. My concern is every since I reached out a few weeks back and filed a complaint with HR in regards to how myself and another manager had an altercation and that I felt as though I was ganged up on I've felt I've been treated differently l. Not only that but when a specific manager found out myself and another employee named Michelle went to Mike the GM and complained about her and how favoritism is taking place on shifts instantly rude comments began coming from the manager. Steven was very rude to be in the office I explained the situation and even told him I still had my receipt he then bluntly accused me of stealing and saying that I was a theift more more so or less. I will not tolerate someone and claiming an accusation like he did. I rang myself of up and did price overrides because we are constantly left wbck at diesel desk alone we are given the ok always to do the price override and or voids etc as long as we keep our receipts. I think this was a way for Love's to be able to fire me and think it's legal and that far from the case. In the same week ear pods we well as chargers where scanned and rang up as 9.99. Yet now all of a sudden they are 14.99 and not 9.99 and I can't ring myself up makes no sense. Unless I made a mistake on my part those ear pods are the same ones that rang up at 9.99 also if we aren't allowed to ring ourselves up how come it's ok for us to do it on certain shifts but not other's. How come these false allegations are being put on me a week after myself and another employee went and complained about favoritism on the shift which I'm being accused of "stealing" from. I price overrided an item which prior had rang up at 9.99 on our store could I have made a mistake and mixed up the ear pods absolutely but at no point eie Steven say hey you may have screwed up and yo u did to cover said amount for ear pods. He bluntly told me that if I went to HR that loss prevention would press charges again me. Who says that? Someone who's trying to force me out the door and scare me. Well I may have made a mistake but I'm a good employee who kept her receipt after her purchase and no I didn't try to hide the product nor did I deny the fact that I purchased it. I also again rang myself up because we have constantly been told to price override in the past I have purchased a shaving kit which didn't ring up and yet the customer prior had the same thing who rang up and all I did was get a shaving kit rang it up price overrided it and kept my receipt. Now it's an issue however now that I went to HR a month or so and complained about how a manager spoke to be in a disrespectful manner etc while customers where present. Now me ringing myself up and price over riding something is an issue now that myself and another employee complained about favoritism on a shift. Steven soad today that I stole however just a few days ago it was found out that someone on the management team or employee was wasting things like phone chargers etc and allowing people from the shop to use them. Now that's stealing where are these people the ones actually stealing from the company. I was wrongfully terminated today and want a representative to contact me from HR. Furthermore at this time obtaining legal counsel is possibility.
