Ruth's Chris Steak House - Need a receipt to reflect number of attendees, not the number of meals

Had a private room for a private pharmaceutical event last night at the Estero Ruth’s Chris location. Although our steaks were over cooked, both Amanda’s that served us were amazing.

Usually I’m not one to complain or provide feedback but I was astounded by the manager Peter’s response to me when I asked for a receipt reflecting the correct number of guests to match the number of attendees and signatures that we have, he told me he couldn’t because he can only put how many meals are served in the guest space. Not all of the guest ordered a full meal and the t-bone and lobster was shared between guests, if it’s really necessary for you all to know that. Peter also said he’s pharma certified. I assured am I am too, after 18 years in the industry. And as I’m sure you all know, if 10 people so up and eat, I have to account for 10 people on the receipt. Big thanks in advance!

Desired outcome: Please follow up with a receipt from (check #6043) March 31 6:25pm reflecting all 10 of our guests, that were in attendance. My email is [protected]@yahoo.com and my phone number is [protected]. Thanks again.

Ruth's Chris Steak House - Service/experience

My husband and I wanted to treat my daughter and her boyfriend to a nice steak dinner, so we went to Ruth Chris.
We ordered 2 ribeye one medium well and another medium rare. They came and mine was well done and did not have the extras we added on (crab).
We alerted our server who went to reorder the steak, in the meantime my husband had cut into his and realized his steak was overdone. The waitress did not come back to check on us until my new steak was brought out. At that time she had to reorder his steak and the rest of us were enjoying our meal while my husband had to wait the manager came out to explain what might of happen the plates are very hot and the steak continued to cook.
I would assume a chef for Ruth Chris would have knowledge of this and cook it appropriately. we had to sit and wait for my husband to eat after we were all done.
The waitress was very upset and took our beverages off and gave us a trio dessert plate.
Our bill came to $310. It was a very disappointing experience, I have always wanted to come to Ruth Chris, and when I finally did was let down. Never in my life would I expect to pay for a meal at that price that was so very disappointing.

Ruth's Chris Steak House - By the time we arrived home because our entrees have now been sitting for more than a half hour plus our travel time

Easter Sunday Take-Out Curbside 4/12/20 6:00pm P/U-

We placed an order by phone on 4/11/2020 for takeout dinner on 4/12; Easter Sunday for 6pm pickup. We ordered the $40 meal, which included salad, entree and side. We arrived on 4/12 @ 5:55 pm. It took about 10 minutes for someone to come to the car to get our name. He then went in and returned in 5 minutes with a bag and credit card slip to sign. We returned the credit card slip and headed home. We took a look in the bag and noticed that we only had two entrees, no salads and no sides. We returned to the pickup area and again had to wait for someone to come out and explained that we were missing four items and he took our bag of food back in with him, with our receipts. He comes back out and tells us the chef can't find any info on the other items and we had to tell him what we ordered. We waited another five minutes till he came back out with the bag. I took another look in the bag to make sure everything was there and noticed it only had the sides and the salads and our entrees were not in there. I started to exit the car and he came out with the other bag. By the time we got all our food it was 30 minutes later.

We were very upset by the time we arrived home because our entrees have now been sitting for more than a half hour plus our travel time. When we finally sat down to eat, the filet/shrimp entree, which we ordered rare, was on the well done side!

We were so looking forward to eating our Ruth ‘s Chris meal and ended up being very disappointed!
