date: Oct 16, 2019, BTW This is the SECOND TIME this has happened:
I ordered the $4 two croissant egg, ham and cheese sandwiches coupon special... I left the restaurant and in the car, decided to eat one. When I opened it up THERE WAS NO EGG!...I checked the other - same thing- NO EGG! . I went back in and complained to the manager (Gerard)...nice fellow but seemed to feel it was MY FAULT since the ticket said only Ham and cheese for the breakfast sandwich. (It apparently doesn't occur to him that the clerk did not key in the order correctly- It must be the CUSTOMERS FAULT! )..even though the Coupon says "EGG".
Its impossible in this location to get anything made right- I have never seen such an incompetent staff in ANY fast food place in memory. For awhile they had shut this place due to a fire --- they should have kept it closed.
