Post University

I was issued the wrong login information, I could not login to my post student account as well as login to class. I also had to prove who I was in order to receive my financial aid and 2 of my student loans, one subsidized and one unsubsidized, along with my pell grant. Part of my last name was missing, so when it was corrected I received a new login information and had to restart everything with the new information. The school accepted my financial aid, my pell grant as well as cashed in on my student loans, weeks before I had to prove who I was. 2nd term I fell behind due to being a victim of a crime, I spoke with the school, they withdrew me, i'm now going on 2 terms of not being allowed to return to school, due to the fact that my appeal was not received (I have email confirmation of it being sent) when I call, I am not allowed to speak with financial aid, and simply being told to do my appeal so I may return. Emails from post university say I have been withdrawn by the school and now that I have dropped out. I've asked for my money to be returned, financial aid and pell grant, and to be clear of post university with no connection to the school.
