PetSmart - Customer service harassment to a disabled person & my service dog

I came in with my service dog, before closing. No one would help me find the few items I drove from Bridgeport CT to Norwalk CT for my dogs brand of food.

Upon trying to return a Kong leash that was on sale (it was $19, & my receipt shows I was charged 24.98 at the New London store) I was rushed by a tall dark skinned man who refused to do the transaction. He said get her on camera. I proceeded to ask him to step back a few feet as my service dog is working for my disability. The man rudely said no I can defend myself- THEN he kicked me out of the store, refused to give me back my Kong leash that I was over charged for w/ it’s the original receipt.

I demanded he give me my property I had purchased before leaving. He resufused to sell the items at register & proceeded to kick me out.

The outcome was a horrendous experience. My service dog was harassed, talked to & we were both severely MISTREATED by this tall large black man again refusing to give space as requested

As result my service dog had an episode, in store at register trying to protect me from his harassment & loud yelling tone, and inappropriate language. During all of this unfortunate circumstance, the girl at the register (w/died pinkish purple hair) was laughing in my face & making snide comments.

THIS is Harrasment of a disabled person, AND harassment to my service dog.

Another result of this is the foul language used by this man who refused to give my service dog & I personal space, after asking him politely twice. He then grabbed my items that I drove 40 miniutes to purchase & walked practically on top of us as we exited mumbling profane comments

I demand resolution to this situation or there will e a lawsuit filed against Pet Smart for discrimination of a person w/ a disability, and harassment, to me and my service dog. Please contact me immediately via phone or email [protected]@gmail.com

He should fired & brought to Justice.

Very very bad experience

Desired outcome: 1)Fire both employees2)Return Kong leash that I was overcharged for. (On sale for $19, was charged 24.99 plus tax) see receipt 3)Education for Pet Smart employees- Disibility Act & Service Dog Rights.

PetSmart - guinea pig

I bought this guinea pig from PetSmart two weeks ago. I brought her back after few days bc I noticed the spot on her head (three first photos) . They claimed that they took her to see vet and she is ok 😳 I got her back (last two pictures ) and clearly she is not ok. I told them that I wanted to see the paper work what they got from vet. They told me that they will email me all the documents. Guess what after few days of calling them to remind
about it The manger( Dena?)told me that they will not treat her anymore bc vet said she is fine and if I don't want her they r more than happy to get her back and resell to different family Unbelievable ! PetSmart employees shame on you!
