The layaway program in Vallejo California it's one horrible program I experienced. I spent thousands of dollars with Citi Trends, including with the layaways and numerous times they (managers) had canceled and my layerways items and then they will sell my items and don't even call me or let me know. How can you take my information on layaway; my name and my phone number but you don't call to let me know that my layaway payment bill is due. Yall have time to call your customers, without our services, citi trends pockets getting lowered. I guarantee I have peoples that can say the same thing about citi trends in Vallejo California, all over the Solano County Bay Area. I spend my hard working money to look beautiful, not for your company and magers to steal from me. I have three missing layer - ways that they cant find. I had enough of the disrespect that I get from the managers and I see citi trends dont care.
