An email was sent by me to this company requesting information on how to return a product for refund. No response. A call was made by me then for the same reason. The customer representative hung up on me abruptly as I was stressing the reason. For the desire of full return of refund plus shipping charges. The representative talked over me repeating three times instructions. I had already heard three times. Very rude behavior for a customer representative. For this reason I am complaining about this company as well as the product that I was displeased with.
Desired outcome: I would like to receive full refund of the product cost as well as shipping charges. The total would be $32.95.
