We rented a Car and it was suppose to be a Chrysler 300 or similar. We got a smashed dented up Mitsubishi Mirage. The Seat belt buckle was broken no fab for the door only a key to get in, the car made noises like it was going to break down-was terrible and did not feel safe in in with my family! Then we were charged double from what was quoted on the reservation Charged us for a car seat and other frivolous charges! Total quoted on the reservation was $151.59 and were charged double $301.42! Desired outcome: to refund half of the amount we we charged
