I was in line at the drive-thru basically waiting to get an order and there was no comment or no response from the drive-thru assistant or window and I did not hear anything com in my from the speaker, no please wait or anything so I pulled up to the window to order and they refused to take my order. I was then told that I jump the line. The assistant manager Angel would not accommodate me for the inconvenience and place my order even after explaining there was an issue with the equipment malfunctioning or lack of the attendant. The customer experience was very poor and I never experienced anything like this before. I was refused service when I honestly had a reasonable request to be served. I was polite and treated very poorly. I was told by Angel I needed to get back in line and that I was a line cutter. OMG. I will wait to see if Burger King cares about it's customers before I share my experience on Twitter and Facebook. Please send Angel to customer service training! He needs help.
